While Ethnicbnb offers the best price, the same is subject to the availability of property, selection of specific sector, timing of booking, and terms and conditions of the host.

Booking Policy

The total price displayed on the site includes all applicable government taxes. In case of an increase in the price of the accommodation, miscalculation in amount due to server error, and from the banks payment gateway issue, then Ethnicbnb reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit the amount received as Cancellation Charges. The difference in the amount should be paid to New Zealand Fresh and Natural (India) Pvt. Ltd. after the communication from Ethnicbnb to avoid any discomfort. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

To get any infant’s booking, the age of the infant must be below 2 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they are checking in, and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. To avail infant booking price; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. If the age of infant is 24 months or above, then you need to book as a child. If the booking is cancelled directly from Ethnicbnb website, office, or call centre, customer needs to inform Ethnicbnb for the refund to be processed. Please note that Ethnicbnb do not get any alert from hosts directly. The amenities, services, property type, and any other details about the property are provided by the respective hosts and Ethnicbnb has no control over such information provided by the hosts. Ethnicbnb Shall not be responsible for any cancellation of booking from host’s end. In the event of cancellation of the booking directly from the host’s end, office or call center, the user is required to inform Ethnicbnb.com for the refund to be processed. Ethnicbnb does not get any alert from the operator directly. All the information about the propertyl including the category of the property, availability, images, room type, amenities and facilities available at the property are as per the information provided by the host to Ethnicbnb.com. This information is for reference only. Any discrepancy that may exist between the website pictures and actual settings of the property shall be raised by the User with the host directly, and shall be resolved between the User and host. Ethnicbnb.com will have no responsibility in that process of resolution, and shall not take any liability for such discrepancies.

 

Booking, Amendment & Cancellation Policy

Every booking made on Ethnicbnb is subject to cancellation charges. Ethnicbnb cancellation service charges, as mentioned on the booking confirmation email, shall be applicable in the event of cancellation the guest/host. Some bookings may be non-refundable as per specific hosts. Cancellations can be made online or Mybooking section or by contacting to Ethnicbnb customer support. We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In a few cases, you need to contact the host directly. Amendment charges on Ethnicbnb are subject to change as per the policy of the host. To cancel the booking within 24 hours of the check-in date, Ethnicbnb recommends that customer to contact directly to the host and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds. In case of no-show or unutilized bookings, the customers are required to make requests for any valid refunds, as per the defined policies, within 90 days from the date of check-in for accommodation bookings. No refund would be payable for requests raised after the expiry of 90 days of check-in as aforementioned, and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

In case of an amendment by the guest, leading to rescheduling of the original booking, the original booking shall stand modified, and any cancellation in the original booking shall lead to cancellation in the rescheduled booking.

For cancellation requests received, the refund shall be processed in 5 working days after the check-out date applied at the time of booking.

Holidays Amendment & Cancellation Policy

Unless the cancellation policy of the specific listing is different, the following standard conditions shall apply:

For cancellations before 60 Days or more than the date of check-in, 25% of the cost (if full paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.

For cancellations before 30 Days of check-in, 50% of the cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

For cancellations before 15 Days of check-in, 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

 

Refund Policy

Ethnicbnb will process the refund only after receiving a cancellation request/claim from the guest. Refund against the cancellation of accomodation booking will be credited directly in customers mode of payment. Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take a duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions.
