If anything important changes, the host should update the listing as soon as possible. This includes changes in price, availability, room condition, amenities, food availability, guest capacity, construction work, access rules, society rules, local restrictions, safety features, or any other detail that may affect a guest’s decision.

They should clearly describe the stay, room type, sleeping arrangements, guest capacity, amenities, food options, language support, cultural details, accessibility details, house rules, check-in process, check-out time, cancellation terms, and any restrictions.
Hosts should not hide important facts. If there is construction, limited water supply, weak internet, shared spaces, restricted access, safety concerns, society rules, local permission requirements, or any other important limitation, the host should disclose it clearly.
Hosts are responsible for cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and reasonable property condition. They should provide the property in the condition described in the listing and should take reasonable care to keep the property suitable for guests.
Hosts are also responsible for following applicable laws and local rules. EthnicBNB may provide platform rules and support tools, but hosts remain responsible for their property, conduct, staff, co-hosts, family members, service providers, and anyone acting on their behalf.
Guests are responsible for using EthnicBNB honestly and carefully. Guests should use reasonable care during their stay. They should report serious safety, cleanliness, or property issues to the host and platform as soon as possible. Delayed reporting may make it harder to verify or resolve the issue.
Users should not ignore visible safety risks. If a property appears unsafe or there is an urgent risk, guests should protect their safety first and contact local emergency services where needed.
EthnicBNB may provide messaging tools to help guests and hosts communicate. Users should keep communication clear, respectful, and honest.
Important booking details should be discussed through the platform where possible. This helps keep a record if support review is needed later.
