How do I cancel my booking for accommodation?

You can cancel a booking at any time before or during your trip.

To cancel a reservation:

1.            Go to Stays and find the trip you want to cancel.

2.            Click or tap View trip details.

3.            In the overview, click or tap View details.

4.            Click or tap Edit or cancel.

On the page that appears, you will be able to modify or cancel your reservation. If you select Cancel, you'll begin the cancellation process. You'll be able to see what options are available to you, how much your refund will be, and then review your cancellation details before confirming. 

Operation

If you cancel, your refund will be calculated according to  the host's cancellation policy. You will be able to check the refund statement before confirming your cancellation.
