How do I make a reservation on Ethnic BNB?

When you book accommodation on Ethnic BNB, you are making arrangements to stay in someone's home. 1. Fill in your profile

Fill out your profile before making a booking request to a host, so they can learn a little more about you when it's time to confirm. Your profile should include photos and verifications, especially because some hosts want guests to have a profile picture or verified ID to book.

To send a booking request, simply select your arrival and departure dates, and send your request with a short message with information about your stay. The hosts have 24 hours to accept your request, once your reservation is accepted, you can confirm your stay by paying online by credit card or cash at our premises. 1.                  Instant booking

For hosts who don't want to have to approve every booking, the Instant Book button  is on their listing. As the name suggests, you can immediately confirm the reservation of these accommodations. Listings with Instant Book can be booked without prior approval from the host. You simply enter your dates of stay and discuss the check-in details with the host.

 

1.                  Pre-approvals and special offers

If you decide to contact the host to ask questions before attempting to book, the host can respond to your message by inviting you to make a reservation with either a pre-approval or a special offer. A pre-approval is an invitation to complete the booking on the dates and for the number of guests listed in your message. A special offer gives the host the opportunity to make a special offer of prices, dates, and anything else you want before you book.

If you contact a host about their listing before making a reservation request, the host can invite you to book it in two ways:

1.                  Pre-approval: The host will prompt you to book on the dates and prices displayed at the time you contacted them.

2.                  Special offer: The host sets a custom price, or adds new information, and invites you to book based on this new information.

Note: The special offer only takes into account the nightly price. Passenger service fees or other applicable fees, costs and taxes will not be included.
